Transfers from Victorian Government Schools Grade 1 - 6

If transferring from a Government school in Victoria, please complete the Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School form - Application To Enrol Form

Please ensure that you have contacted your child's current school and advised them of your intention to change schools. 

We request you provide:

Enrolments Grade 1 - 6 From Interstate, Overseas or Private Schools

Please complete a full enrolment form  Enrolment Forms and supporting documents  or pick up a pack, available upon request from the school's office.
