Prep Enrolments
Prep enrolments are now being accepted.
What you need to do:
Our 2025 Prep Information Session and Tour was held on Wednesday 15th May at 6.30pm.
1. Download and read all of the forms (blue links). Complete and return the Enrolment Form plus 2 x proof of residency, 1 x birth and immunisation certificate: Student Enrolment Form March 2024 Additional forms: Welcome Letter for Enrolment Pack; Schools Privacy Policy For Parents English; CSEF application form, Enrolment Supporting Document Requirements Enrolment forms are also available from the school office.
2. Submit the enrolment application form with all supporting documents (see details below) by Friday 26th July 2024.
3. You will be notified of the outcome of your application between Monday 29th July and Friday 8th August. If you receive an enrolment offer, you should contact our school to accept the offer by Friday 23rd August, 2024.
4. Take part in enrolment information and transitions sessions during Term 4, 2024.
5. Prepare your child to start Foundation (Prep) from Thursday 30th January, 2025.
Please provide:
- Enrolment Supporting Document Requirements x 2 (View link for further information)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Certificate*
- Legal documentation - if relevant
- Visa (VIVO) statement - if relevant
By law, primary schools are required to request and record information on the immunisation status of students prior to enrolment. Parents or guardians must provide an immunisation status certificate to the school regardless of whether the child is or is not immunised.
* Only an Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register can be accepted as proof of immunisation status on school entry.
